Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: 10 March 2026
Last Updated: 10 March 2026
Governing Law: Republic of India

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs acceptable and prohibited conduct when using Axiosky's Services — including Governor, Policy Engine, Orchestrator, and any related features or integrations (collectively, the "Services").

This AUP is incorporated by reference into and forms part of Axiosky's Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access as described in the Terms of Service.

Axiosky's Services exist specifically to enforce governance over autonomous AI systems — not to enable harmful, evasive, or unlawful use of AI. This AUP reflects that purpose.

2. Scope

This AUP applies to:

  • All organisations and individuals who access or use the Services under a pilot, engagement, or service agreement
  • All users, administrators, and automated systems (including AI agents) operating under a customer's account
  • All data, content, configurations, and policy definitions submitted to or processed by the Services

You are responsible for ensuring that all users and automated systems operating under your account comply with this AUP.

3. General Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including laws of the Republic of India and any jurisdiction in which you operate
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any person or organisation
  • Transmit, upload, or store malware, viruses, ransomware, or other harmful or malicious code
  • Gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, network, or data belonging to Axiosky or any third party
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
  • Deliberately disrupt, degrade, or attack the availability or integrity of the Services
  • Process or store content that is illegal, abusive, or that violates the rights of others
  • Misrepresent your identity, organisation, or the intended use of the Services
  • Use the Services to develop, assist in developing, or offer a substantially similar or directly competing product or service

4. AI & Governance-Specific Prohibited Uses

Given the nature of Axiosky's Services — governance infrastructure for autonomous AI — the following additional prohibitions apply:

  • Governance circumvention: You may not use the Services to design, configure, or deploy AI agent systems in a way that deliberately bypasses, disables, or undermines the policy enforcement or audit mechanisms provided by the platform
  • Evasive deployment: You may not use the Services to create the appearance of regulatory compliance while structuring agent behaviour to evade the intent of applicable laws or policies
  • Harmful agent deployment: You may not use the Services to orchestrate or govern AI agents that are designed or deployed to cause harm to individuals, communities, critical systems, or public infrastructure
  • Deceptive policy configurations: You may not submit policy definitions, audit configurations, or governance rules that are intentionally misleading, falsified, or designed to deceive auditors, regulators, or oversight bodies
  • Weaponised automation: You may not use the Orchestrator or related components to automate actions that are prohibited by law, contract, or regulation — including automated surveillance, data scraping of personal information without authorisation, or mass unsolicited communications
  • Unauthorised agent escalation: You may not configure agents to escalate privileges, access systems, or take actions beyond the scope of permissions explicitly granted in your governance policies

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all users and automated systems operating under your account comply with this AUP
  • Keeping access credentials, tokens, and API keys (where applicable) confidential and secure
  • Using the Services only for lawful, legitimate organisational purposes consistent with your stated use case
  • Ensuring that AI agents governed through the platform have appropriate human oversight mechanisms in place
  • Promptly reporting any suspected security vulnerabilities, misuse, or violations to Axiosky at security@axiosky.com
  • Ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all laws and regulations applicable to your organisation and sector

6. Security & Responsible Disclosure

If you discover or suspect a security vulnerability in the Services:

  • Report it promptly and in good faith to security@axiosky.com
  • Do not exploit the vulnerability, access data you are not authorised to access, or disclose the vulnerability publicly before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond
  • Provide sufficient detail to allow us to reproduce and address the issue

We will acknowledge receipt of your report and work to address confirmed vulnerabilities. We will not take legal action against individuals who report vulnerabilities in good faith in accordance with this process.

Unauthorised penetration testing or security scanning of our infrastructure is prohibited without prior written authorisation from Axiosky.

7. Enforcement

If we determine, in our reasonable judgement, that you have violated this AUP, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Issue a written warning and request immediate remediation
  • Temporarily suspend access to the Services pending investigation
  • Permanently terminate your access and service agreement
  • Report violations to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required or appropriate
  • Pursue legal remedies under applicable Indian law

We will provide notice and an opportunity to respond before taking action, except where immediate action is required to protect the security or integrity of the Services or other customers.

8. Relationship to Terms of Service

This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Axiosky Terms of Service and should be read together with it. In the event of any conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service on a matter of acceptable use, this AUP governs. All other terms and conditions of the Terms of Service remain in full force and effect.

9. Governing Law

This AUP is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this AUP shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India, as set out in the Terms of Service.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, applicable law, or operational requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
