Axiosky ("we", "us", "our") is a technology company registered in India, providing governance and control infrastructure for autonomous AI systems. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), Axiosky acts as the Data Fiduciary in respect of personal data collected through this website.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you visit axiosky.com, submit inquiries, or engage with us for pilots, consultations, or services. As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access — obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed (Section 11, DPDP Act)
• Right to Correction & Erasure — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data, or erase personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected (Section 12, DPDP Act)
• Right to Withdraw Consent — withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal
• Right to Grievance Redressal — raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (see Section 10); if your grievance is not resolved satisfactorily, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India once operational (Section 13, DPDP Act)
• Right to Nominate — nominate another individual to exercise your rights under this policy in the event of your death or incapacity (Section 14, DPDP Act)
